From the Brewer:
Brewed with Shoreline Malting Pilsner and chit malt, as well as a hefty amount of corn, we performed a low oxygen mash. The wort was hopped late in the boil with Motueka hops, and fermented low and slow with Mexican lager yeast. Krausened with more fresh lager wort and yeast, and lightly dry-hopped with more Motueka before lagering for about 8 weeks. Super soft and smooth carbonation from our krausening, with a nice little lime zip from the hopping, this beer is fresh, smooth and easy to quaff!
