A warmer than average winter meant no loss of buds signalling an abundant crop. Spring arrived early but with temperatures cool enough to keep the buds from bursting too soon staving off any risk of spring frost. Summer brought just enough rain for the vineyard, and cool breezes throughout helped the vines stay healthy. We avoided any hurricanes in fall with less rain than normal allowing the grapes to be picked at optimal ripeness with no risk of berry splitting or rot. Warm days and cool nights through the fall allowed for incredible ripeness while maintaining our signature balancing acidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWinemaker's Notes:\u003cbr\u003eThis wine was fermented in stainless steel to maintain clean, fresh fruit flavours.
