This is Raging Crow's version of a tequila created on-site using organic blue agave from the Tequila region of Mexico. Fermented, double-distilled, and barrel-aged on site. They followed all the rules for making tequila except for being made in Tequila, Mexico, so you can’t call it tequila. Enjoy!
