This version of a tequila is created on site at Raging Crow using organic blue agave from the Tequila region of Mexico. Fermented, double-distilled, and barrel-aged on site. We followed all the rules for making tequila except for being made in Tequila, Mexico, so you can’t call it tequila. Enjoy!
