An experimental batch that the cidery ended up loving so much, they decided to release on its own merits. They had made a little too much single-varietal Honeycrisp around about the same time, and as luck would have it, they had just received a shipment of Nectaron and Dolcita hop. They ended up with an incredibly sessionable cider that doesn't drink like it's nearly 9% ABV, so watch out! The floral pear and honey notes blend seamlessly with the stone-fruit character of the hops, while a touch of coconut and tropical fruit round out the flavour profile. Nectar goes down easily.

Process: Honeycrisp single varietal, dry hopped with Nectaron and Dolcita hops.  Sweet, fun, full, hops featured more prominently.
