Shipping Time
LIQUID ASSETS aims to process online orders FOR SHIPPING within two working days. Shipping (not local delivery) is anticipated to be approximately 1 week, depending on location and weather conditions. Before receiving the package, the recipient must show identification indicating that they are of legal drinking age within the province of delivery. Liquid Assets reserves the right not to ship during winter conditions and will contact the purchaser to arrange delayed shipping or a refund.
We regret we cannot ship to PO boxes, General Delivery addresses, remote communities, or dry communities. If your order is outside of our shipping zones we will refund your purchase in full and notify you promptly.
LOCAL Delivery
Local Delivery is deemed to be within HRM boundaries and along the Highway 102 Corridor between Bedford and Truro. Please choose LOCAL DELIVERY at the checkout.
Shipping Guarantee
LIQUID ASSETS guarantees the safe delivery of products and ensures that they are wrapped and packaged appropriately for shipment. Upon the unlikely event of breakage, a short shipment or non-delivery, please contact us at 902-873-2275
Shipping Limits
LIQUID ASSETS reserves the right to limit shipping volumes to 12 bottles or cans of product. We regret that we cannot ship to General Delivery Addresses, PO Boxes, remote or dry communities.
Returns and Refunds
LIQUID ASSETS accept the return of bottles as long as they are still sealed and have not been tampered with, according to our
REFUND POLICY. Please contact us at 902-873-2275.
Adding items and Changing Orders
Providing your package has not been shipped, LIQUID ASSETS can make changes to your order, please call us at our store at 902-873-2275. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make adjustments.
Store Pick-up
If it is more of a convenience to pick-up at the store when flying out or arriving, LIQUID ASSETS can have your order ready. Identification of the purchaser will also be required upon pick-up. Call our store at 902-873-2275.
Cancelling your Order
Providing your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and refund your card. This must be done as soon as possible as once order has been shipped it will no longer be refundable until it is returned.
Out of Stock Items
LIQUID ASSETS occasionally runs out of products due to the fact that our suppliers are all craft producers. If you are waiting for a product to come back into stock please sign-up for our wishlist to be advised when a product is back in stock.
Payments
LIQUID ASSETS uses Shopify Integrated Services to process online orders. All forms of major credit cards and some debits are accepted by the system.
