A hand picked blend of Nova Scotian apples, pressed in the Annapolis Valley and slow fermented in Halifax. This cider is aromatic, balanced and semi-dry with subtle tannins. Chain Yard only uses 100% fresh local juice and never, ever use concentrate. They simply polish that pure apple flavour.
