Named after Ceres, the Roman goddess of Harvest, this Foeder Aged Berliner Weisse was aged on Nova Scotia-grown golden plums. The vibrant aromas of ripe golden plums combine with notes of citrus rind and rising bread to enchant your senses. Much like barrel ageing, Ceres reminds us to plant seeds in the Spring in order to enjoy the bounty of the harvest.
