Reverie is a blend of 2 and 3-year-old Oud Bruin that we matured on Castilian blackberries. This Belgian-inspired brown ale was slowly soured in red wine barrels and exhibits a deep berry character that comes naturally from its lengthy mixed fermentation, as well as the blackberries themselves. Expect rich notes of chocolate and caramel, aromatic blackberries, and complex acidity.
