Serve over ice or enjoy on its own as an aperitif or after dinner. It’s also beautiful stirred into coffee or tea—especially chai, where warm spice and creamy apple feel effortlessly made for each other.

Winemaker’s Notes:
With the popularity of our Pomme d’Or Ice Cider, it felt natural to bring those apple flavours into a cream liqueur. We begin with our Ice Cider, then add fresh cream and a neutral fortifying spirit. The spirit adds a
touch of warmth without masking the apple.
Every apple used in Pomme d’Or is grown right here in the Annapolis Valley.
