Nova Scotia’s favourite wine returns in a truly once-in-a-lifetime vintage. Crafted from a vibrant blend of Muscat, Ortega, Riesling, Geisenheim, l’Acadie and Vidal, Nova 7 2025 bursts with expressive aromatics layered over refreshing, natural acidity.
An extraordinary growing season defined by exceptional heat and drought-like conditions yielded pristine, highly concentrated fruit. With ripening slowed to perfect balance and no disease pressure to dilute character, this vintage reveals remarkable precision, complexity, and delicacy — all while carrying the brilliance and gravity of a defining year in Nova Scotia wine.
In the glass, the 2025 Nova 7 shows a luminous pale salmon hue. The nose opens with orange blossom, ripe lychee, and mandarin peel, layered with white peach, apricot, and floral lift. On the palate, seamless sweetness and vibrant acidity carry notes of tangerine zest and stone fruit, leading to a long, poised finish defined by aromatic persistence rather than sugar.
