Geneva Crab Rosé - 8.6% alc./vol.
This cider is crafted solely from hand-picked local crabapples. The fresh-pressed juice of Geneva Red crabapples, a red-fleshed variety, was cryo-extracted to enhance colour, tannins and flavour and blended with cool-fermented dry Golden Hyslop crabapple juice. The result is a scarlet-tinged rosé cider with hints of pure earthy tannins and intense notes of tart apple. Fewer than 250 cases of this cider are produced each year.
