Bulwark Classic is handcrafted from Annapolis Valley apples freshly pressed onsite. It is a tribute to the Valley's 400 years of growing tradition and to the wood used in cooperages. Our signature blend uses five varieties of apples, picked when in prime condition to give perfect balance: apple blossom aromas; light, fruity flavours; and a crisp extra dry finish complemented by subtle, oak undertones. Serve Chilled!
