This cider is made with our own in-house Peach wine from Nova Scotia peaches, and it is blended with our steeped (Darjeeling tea) cider base. 

Aroma:
Light & soft, fruity, stone fruit, freshly made iced tea

Palate:
lovely notes of fresh apple and peach slices, lightly tart
opens up with woody, earthy tea (darjeeling second flush singell from camellia sinensis- organic), well-integrated tannin from the tea
lingering stone fruits, apricots, peaches
semi dry
light sweetness
fresh, bright spring flavours
smooth, easy drinking.
