and recipe refresh, now made from a beautifully balanced blend of Nova 7 wine,
elderflower liqueur and blueberry cordial. Our Super Nova 7 Cocktail is a vibrant
Nova Scotia wine cocktail that pairs perfectly with all of life’s little moments.
Enjoy over ice in your favourite glass with a slice of fresh citrus (we recommend
grapefruit), or make it your own!
Ingredients: Nova 7 wine, elderflower liqueur, blueberry cordial
Alcohol: 10% | TA: 9.2 g/l | pH: 2.95 | RS: 75 g/l

THE WINE NOVA SCOTIANS LOVE, NOW IN A REFRESHING COCKTAIL
In the glass, an electric rose hue with bright lilac reflections. On the nose, hints of guava and lychee complement with delicate floral undertones. On the palate, warmth and electric vibrancy, with suggestions of key lime and icy green mango, give way to a broad and lengthy finish.
Our Suggested Pairings: The perfect fit before or after your main course, it pairs seamlessly with warm olives, tapas, and charcuterie boards, as well as fruit sorbets and berry pies.
