2019 Vintage

Tasting Notes:
Made from Chardonnay grown in our Melanson Vineyard and aged on the lees for 24 months, this 2019 Blanc de Blanc is bright and beautifully
composed. Aromas of brioche and lemon zest lead the way. The acidity is racy, lifting flavours of fresh citrus with hints of apricot and green apple. A fine mousse brings a subtle creaminess and a clean, elegant finish.

Ideal for celebrations, and just as rewarding for everyday moments.

2019 brought a cool, wet growing season. It was still well-suited to sparkling wine, with slower ripening and frost-free days through fall. The fruit was hand-harvested from our Melanson Vineyard at a low yield of
1 tonne per acre.
Only the free-run juice and first-press fraction were used to ensure purity and quality. The finished wine is a clear expression of Melanson Vineyard’s terroir.
