Inside a barn on the distillery property, we found the words “October 18 1939 Storm” handwritten in pencil on one of the old beams. Officially recorded in the history books as Hurricane #5, the storm was so fierce that the townsfolk had to make record of it in this barn—a barn so well built, it still stands today.
Taste: Butterscotch, Rye spice, hints of vanilla. Creamy easy finish
Nose: Caramel, Honey & Baking spices (cardamom, ginner and cloves).
