Made from 100% Annapolis Valley grown Riesling and aged on tirage for 30 months, this traditional-method sparkling wine captures the vibrancy of our coastal terroir.  Extended lees ageing brings subtle brioche aromas and elegant structure with notes of crisp apple, lemon, quince and a touch of minerality. Refined, refreshing and expressive. 

Enjoy this bubbly chilled and accompanied with grilled chicken, pork, summer salads, or your favourite soft cheeses.
