Pomme d’Or is a golden Ice Cider made from a mix of heritage and modern apple varieties grown in the Annapolis Valley. Rich and concentrated, it shows layered notes of baked apple, apricot, and caramel, finishing long and lusciously sweet.

Winemaker’s Notes:
The Annapolis Valley has a deep apple-growing tradition, and Pomme d’Or is our way of honouring it. Rather than freezing apples on the tree, we press juice from apples grown by Stirling’s, then begin a freeze concentration process. As the water freezes, what remains is intensely concentrated juice—pure apple sugars and flavour.
Those concentrated sugars form the foundation of a golden Ice Cider that truly lives up to its name: Pomme d’Or - The Golden Apple.
