Darling English Dark Mild - This 3.6% ABV Dark English Mild is a burnt sienna colour with copper highlights. This Dark English Mild gives low to moderate aromas of slightly burnt whole grain toast, walnuts, red river cereal and light berry. The flavours follow the aroma of almost burnt whole wheat toast with an added raspberry jam component of a medium sweetness level. As well as flavours of currants and extra-toasted strawberry toaster strudel. The lingering sweetness on the aftertaste is the perfect complement to a rich and hearty stew.

Butcher Block Red - This 6 % Red Ale is one of our original beers brewed at Tatamagouche Brewing Co. It is a whiskey colour with burnt orange undertones and a thick and frothy light almond colour foam full of very large bubbles that disappears relatively slowly. The aromatics include lightly roasted coffee beans, whole grain toast, nuts and a light smokey aroma. The flavour brings out subtle chocolate, caramel, nuts, dried fruit and orange fruit pith, which leaves a lingering malt bitterness on the aftertaste.

Haywain - Inspired by the 19th-century painting The Hay Wain, which captures the essence of England's beautiful countryside, Haywain pays tribute to the classic English Bitter. This ale features barley from Island Malting on PEI, complemented by English caramel malts and UK-grown hops. The result is a perfectly balanced beer with sweet malt and bitter hops, leaving you both relaxed and refreshed.

Hierlihy - Hierlihy (Her-Lee-High) Irish Stout is lovingly named after a main road in Tabusintac, New Brunswick - where many family members live. IYKYK. Brewed dark and dry as a classic Irish stout with rich roasty and malt flavours and finishing smooth. Often poured off of our Nitro tap in our tasting room. Sláinte!
