2021 was a respectable vintage for Triomphe D’Alsace, warm weather throughout the season, helped this grape achieve an average of 22˚ Brix (sugar accumulation)
Gentle hand plunging twice a day on the grape cap, helped with good flavor
extraction and a healthy fermentation.
Full malolactic fermentation.

AROMATICS: Fresh fruit forward, blueberry jam with subtle cigar box notes
TASTE: Smooth structure with slight tannin mouth-feel, medium-bodied, juicy layers of
cassis, black plum & cherry
TREATMENT: Short French oak aging
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Enjoy slightly chilled or at room temperature with thin crust
pizza, spicy beef kebabs and barbecue.
AGING: Drinking well now, or cellar through until 2028
