A real easy patio sipper for the summertime.  Nothing heavy, just bright red fruit and a lower ABV for guilt-free second (or third….) glasses.  In an effort to preserve the integrity of local luscious fruits, Annapolis Cider co-fermented several hundred pounds of blackberries with some berry-forward hops and the result is a light yet luscious, confectionary blackberry-forward cider with citrus hints and an ever-so-soft little piney background.  This is a stunner, peachy-pink and brilliantly sparkling.  It leads with loads of raspberry notes but the blackberry is right there behind it along with some floral and honeyed notes and a herbaceous character that rounds out on the finish.  It’s bright, clean, fruity and fun, everything we set out to share with you.
