A blend of Gin Royal, Compass' own in-house Apertivo recipe, and sweet vermouth, aged in an ex-rye whisky barrel for 2 months. It's delightfully complex, with bold citrus, chocolate and coffee characters.

To enjoy, just pour over 1 large ice cube and garnish with an orange peel twist. That's it.
