Tasting Notes:
Vibrant and fresh, this cool-climate Chardonnay is a clear expression of Nova Scotia terroir. Vinified in stainless steel, it opens with Meyer lemon, pear, and apple blossom. The acidity is lively and precise, bringing lift and structure through to a crisp, refreshing finish.

Winemaker’s Notes:
Compared to 2023, the 2024 growing season was excellent. Yields remained reduced due to vine damage from the 2023 polar vortex, and in some blocks were further limited to prioritize plant health. Even with lower yields, fruit quality was outstanding.
We last made an unoaked Chardonnay in 2021, and chose to revisit the style in 2024. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel keeps the profile pure and terroir-driven, highlighting ripe fruit and preserving bright acidity. The result is a Chardonnay that is focused, well-structured, and beautifully balanced.
