Grown in the Melanson Vineyard, located on a south-facing hill in the Gaspereau Valley, this cool climate Chardonnay was vinified in stainless steel and displays delicious and expressive ripe fruit notes. 
Lingering aromas of Honeycrisp apple and pineapple are complemented by rich flavours of Meyer lemon and pear.
The layered structure is at once soft, round, and refreshing.
