2024 Vintage

From the winemaker:

Hand-harvested from estate 5-year-old vines on well-drained, rocky schist and sandstone ancient seabed soil. We encourage a living soil supported by organic practices so that our unique terroir flavours of mineral and slight saline are accentuated.

Aromas of pear, orange blossom, citrus and subtle cedar. Crisp acidity with notes of green apple, mineral and lemon curd. Aged over winter on light lees in stainless steel and bottled in the spring, finished dry.
