Our approach for Tidal Bay is an organic wine and dry. And since Tidal Bay is an appellation wine to showcase Nova Scotia terroir, we chose to highlight our own unique estate terroir - L'Acadie Blanc from our Gaspereau winery. The grapes were harvested in two stages, the 1st in September from the block traditionally used for our Prestige Brut, and a later pick from a different block. 

Dryest of the tidal bays.Citrus, mango, apple aromas with crisp acidity and finishing with mineral, slight saline. Certified organic and Biocyclic Vegan
