2025 Vintage

Every great wine region is defined by a signature style—an
expression of place that sets it apart. In Nova Scotia, our
coastal climate and distinctive terroir shape wines of
exceptional freshness and vibrancy. The Tidal Bay
appellation, established in 2012, was created to capture and
protect this defining expression.
Modelled after classic European appellation systems such
as Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vinho Verde, Soave, and Chianti,
Tidal Bay sets rigorous standards for both viticulture and
winemaking. Each wine is evaluated by an independent
tasting panel to ensure it reflects the style with integrity.
The result is a wine known for its bright acidity, light body,
and aromatic profile, with notes of green fruit, citrus, and
minerality that speak clearly of Nova Scotia’s coastal
vineyards.
Certified organic by Ecocert Canada, our Tidal Bay is
crafted primarily from our estate vineyards, farmed
biodynamically in the Annapolis Valley, complemented by
select fruit from local organic growers, namely the Neatt
Family Farm in Aylesford. The result is a wine that is
sustainably produced, expressive, balanced, and
unmistakably of place. Fermented in stainless steel, it
preserves the purity, precision, and vibrant fruit character
that define the Tidal Bay style.

The palate is slightly off-dry with a textured mid-palate and a
