2025 Tidal Bay
Tasting Notes:
Our 2025 Tidal Bay is an off-dry, bright, and lusciously aromatic. Tropical aromas of lychee and pineapple are harmoniously layered  with notes of fresh peach and citrus. The palate is crisp lean, and lively with juicy flavours of stone fruit, lemon, tangerine, and green apple. Light and refreshing , it is everything a Tidal Bay should be.

Pairing Suggestions:
Tidal Bay’s crisp nature makes it the perfect complement to Nova Scotia seafood or to simply share with friends.

Winemaker’s Notes:
Overall, fruit quality in 2025 was exceptional. The growing season was very dry, and while the average berry size was smaller, the flavour concentration due to the lack of precipitation makes the 2025 vintage a special one. As always, we utilized our familiar blend allowing for consistency across vintages while still allowing the individual years to speak for themselves.
