An Avondale Sky Select Small Lots Featured Item - 2024 Vintage

Very dry single varietal rosé wine made from 100% estate-grown Leon Millot grapes.

Winemaker's Notes:

This wine was made from exceptionally ripe Leon Millot. It was fermented in stainless steel to maintain clean, fresh fruit flavours. Leon Millot Rosé was fermented completely dry to ensure that it works well with a variety of food pairings.  Inspired by the dry rosés of the south of France, a combination of Swiss and French yeasts were used to bring out fresh fruit characteristics and add weight to the palate.
