Cabernet Franc Rosé is one of our most food-friendly rosé with hints of pink grapefruit, raspberries, and sea minerals. Each vintage, our signature Cabernet Franc Rosé is crafted from the oldest planting of Cabernet Franc in Nova Scotia. 
TASTING NOTES
In the glass, a luminous salmon hue shimmers with subtle darker undertones. The nose unfolds delicately, offering a refined interplay of berries, citrus zest, and the suggestion of windswept minerals. On the palate, a graceful texture is balanced by savoury undertones, offering depth without weight. Each sip evokes the warmth of sun-soaked stone and the brisk clarity of ocean air.
