This Cabernet Franc Rosé is crafted from the oldest
planting of Cabernet Franc in Nova Scotia, located on
the Habitant Estuary. After 23 harvests, this resilient
parcel is now more vibrant than ever having made it
through many threats, from hurricanes to frost, it can
now express the complexity and textures that only
older vines can provide

WINEMAKER NOTES
“In the glass, a light salmon colour with a crystalline pink
hue. On the nose, earthier, complex and nuanced nose
with hints of pink grapefruit and sea minerals. On the
palate, suggestions of crushed raspberries are energized
by refreshing undertones of lemon peel. As brisk as a late
summer marine breeze.”
