Field Blend is crafted from select parcels harvested across multiple vintages. Built on Maréchal Foch, Leon Millot, Marquette, and Castel, and aged in oak, it’s medium-bodied, elegant, and quietly intense.
Concentrated plum and cherry lead, layered with clove, baking spice, and a fine line of black pepper.

Pairing Suggestions:
A beautiful match for pasta, venison, grilled beef, and matured hard cheeses.
