Fauna is a fruit-driven red blend with bright, berried lushness and a lightness in structure indicative of our ultra cool-climate in Nova Scotia. A partial carbonic maceration of the grapes
(∼50%) contributes amplified fruit flavours, velvety texture and immediate drinkability.
