with a component of L’Acadie Blanc
Individual components add strong fruit-forward aromatics, with a rounded low
tannin texture and a balanced mouthfeel.
All stainless-steel fermentation for pure fruit expression

AROMATICS: Fresh raspberry and tree-fruit notes
TASTE: Dryish yet fruit-forward, red berries, cocoa, and subtle floral notes
TREATMENT: 100% stainless-steel fermentation
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve slightly chilled, pairs well with barbeque, grilled
meats, tomato-based pasta, and charcuterie.
AGING: Drinking very well now, or cellar through until 2030.
