From our "Old Block" Chardonnay vineyard, this Traditional Method sparkling wine was bottled in 2012 and spent 10 years in tirage before being disgorged.

Tasting Note:

Lemony peach, with yeasty hazelnut notes give this wine a surprising sense of youthfulness given its age. Very dry with clean linear acidity that speaks to its maritime roots and a persistent fizz.
