2024 Vintage

From the Winemaker:

Aromas of vanilla and blackberry with notes of orange, apple, mango, lychee, mineral and slight saline. Fermented in mature oak barrels and aged over winter on the lees with periodic lees stirring. Bottled in spring, finished dry to showcase its minerality.
