2022 Vintage:
• 100% grown in Nova Scotia
• Grapes originated from Estate and Avonport vineyard locations.
• Whole cluster Leon Millot and L’Acadie were gently pressed and co-fermented, then assembled with a percentage of Riesling.
• Individual components add fruity aromatics, with rounded texture and a balanced mouthfeel.
• All stainless-steel fermentation
• Fermented long and slow at 14˚C to retain aromatic qualities of the grapes.
• Fermentation halted with a temperature drop slightly before the end of fermentation, to leave a slightly higher or off-dry residual sugar, and to offset the acid structure in the wine.
• 1100 cases produced.

• AROMATICS: Tropical fruit and Pink Grapefruit notes, with hints of honey and lychee
• TASTE: Fruity, slightly off dry, and balanced; grapefruit, strawberries, and rhubarb notes
• TREATMENT: 100% stainless-steel fermentation
• SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Best served chilled, pairs well Pizza, soft cheeses, local oysters, and fresh summer salads.
• AGING: Drinking very well now, or cellar through until 2028.
