2-25 Vintage
Crafted exclusively from fruit grown at Clay and Vine Farm in Lower Canard, this Small Lot Rosé celebrates both place and partnership. Grown by the Bentley family, this vineyard's cool coastal influence produces fruit with remarkable freshness and precision.
Made as a direct-press rosé from predominantly Pinot Noir (93%), with Gamay Noir (5%) and Cabernet Franc (2%), the grapes were gently pressed immediately after harvest to preserve delicate aromatics, vibrant acidity and a pale salmon hue.
The generous 2025 growing season brought exceptional fruit ripeness while retaining the bright natural acidity that defines Nova Scotia's cool climate. Fermented in stainless steel, the wine beautifully expresses both the purity of the
vintage and the distinctive character of this single vineyard.

Summer rose petal pink in the glass. On the nose, ripe strawberry, red currant, fresh rain on cement and a touch of summer savory. A beautiful wine to sip on its own or pair with charcuterie, BBQ salmon or pork sausages.
